Breezy ISF

ISFs that file themselves.

Shippers keep sending ISF details the way they always have: a PDF, a spreadsheet, a few lines in an email. Breezy reads every request, asks for what's missing and files the ISF with CBP. Your team only sees the exceptions.

What it does

Your ISF desk, minus the re-keying.

01

Reads any format

PDF forms, Excel sheets, scanned attachments or the email body itself. Each request is pulled into the ISF data elements, whatever the layout.
02

Chases the gaps

If anything is missing, Breezy emails the sender a list of exactly what it needs. When they reply, it merges the answers into the request, with no new ticket and no copy-paste.
03

Files over ABI

Once a request is complete, it's transmitted straight to CBP through your ABI connection. No second person keys it into the filing screen.
04

Confirms acceptance

Breezy polls CBP status, records the acceptance and sends the shipper one clean “filed” confirmation. It never sends duplicates.
05

Follows up on bills

If the bill of lading isn't on file yet, a daily follow-up keeps it moving until it is.
06

Validates HTS codes

Every tariff number is checked against the current schedule, refreshed daily, before anything is transmitted.

How it works

One mailbox in. Accepted filings out.

  1. 1

    Shipper emails the request

To one dedicated ISF address. No portal to log into and no new form to learn.

  2. 2

    Breezy extracts and checks

Importer match, parties, HTS codes and bill numbers are validated, and anything missing is listed.

  3. 3

    Gaps get chased

The sender gets a precise request for what's missing. Replies merge into the same filing.

  4. 4

    Filed and confirmed

Complete requests go to CBP. Acceptance is logged and the shipper is told.

Built to be trusted

It holds when it should.

Automation that files with CBP has to know when not to. Breezy stages a filing for a person whenever something doesn't add up.
  • Uncertain importer matches are staged for review, never guessed.
  • If a sender's reply contradicts the original form, the filing waits for a person.
  • Importers missing from your ABI importer table are flagged by name.
  • Switches to pause transmission or stop customer emails, with no redeploy.
  • Every request, reply and CBP response is logged in a shared Excel log in your Microsoft 365.
  • Alerts reach your team if a run fails or the mailbox watch stops.

Send us an ISF you filed last week.

We'll run it through Breezy and show you what it would have done: what it read, what it asked for, what it filed.
