Can two people share one seat?
No. Each seat is for one named person. Signing in on a new browser needs a code from that person's inbox, and signing in anywhere new ends the previous session. Teams add seats instead, and each person gets their own login.
Can I use it on my laptop and my desk computer?
Yes. Each seat can keep two trusted devices. You can swap one out yourself a couple of times a month. Beyond that, write to us and we'll help.
What happens if my account gets flagged?
If the sign-in pattern looks like several people, we email you first. If it continues, terminal access pauses until we've talked. It's never cancelled without a conversation.
Is the estimate a ruling?
No. It's a planning estimate, built the way an entry is built, with the legal basis on every line. Duty is determined by CBP at entry.
