Terms of Service

1. The service

Entry Logic Customs Solutions (“Entry Logic”) provides software for customs brokers and importers, including Trade Terminal, Breezy ISF and Front Door. Trade Terminal provides duty and fee estimates for planning purposes only.

2. Accounts and seats

A Trade Terminal subscription is licensed per named user (“seat”). Each seat may be used only by the individual it is assigned to. You may not share login credentials, one-time codes or sessions with anyone else. See the Seat & Sharing Policy.

3. Estimates are not advice

Estimates are not a binding classification, a CBP ruling, or legal, tax or customs advice. Duties, taxes and fees are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service.

4. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Seats can be added at any time; removed seats take effect at the next renewal.

5. Suspension

We may pause access to protect the service, including when account activity indicates credential sharing, as described in the Seat & Sharing Policy.
